Casey was passionate about numerous causes and always found time in her busy schedule to help those less fortunate, including volunteering at a soup kitchen, a woman’s shelter, an AIDS clinic, and at a no-kill animal shelter.

Distracted driving is described as any non-driving activity a person engages in that has the potential to distract them from paying attention to the road. While several things can be considered a driving distraction – such as eating or applying makeup – texting while driving is becoming increasingly more popular.
In 2009, twenty percent of injury crashes involved reports of distracted driving, according to the NHTSA.
Over 50 research studies have shown that using phones while driving is risky. The message is simple – Put it Down and pay attention to the road!
